The short version: use it fairly, your files stay yours, plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time.

Who we are

Easy Way PDF is made by WAY LABS LLC ("we"). These terms cover easywaypdf.com, the browser version at app.easywaypdf.com, the Windows app and the signing service. By using any of them you agree to these terms.

Free tools and free accounts

The free tools and free accounts have daily limits (today 10 files a day, up to 25 MB each) and leave out some features, such as sending for signature and the AI box. Files are deleted when you close them. We may change the free limits at any time.

Plans and payment

A plan costs $8 a month billed yearly ($96 a year) or $12 month to month, paid through Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices don't include any taxes that may apply where you are. If we change the price, we'll tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time by emailing bway@waytechnology.com from the address on your account. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account switches to free or off. Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.

Your files

Your files stay yours. We only handle them to do what you ask, and we delete them as our Privacy page explains. Keep your own copies of anything important: we aren't a backup service.

Files with restrictions

Some PDF files carry restrictions set by their author, such as limits on editing, printing or copying. By opening, changing or saving such a file with Easy Way PDF, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the file or have the explicit permission of its legal owner to do so. You are solely responsible for your use of any file, and you agree to indemnify and hold WAY LABS LLC harmless from any claim arising from your use of a file you did not have the right to change.

Electronic signatures

Easy Way PDF lets you sign documents and send them for others to sign. Whether an electronic signature is right for a particular document, and whether it is binding where you are, is your responsibility. Nothing we provide is legal advice.

The AI box

Answers and changes from the AI box can be wrong. Check them before you rely on a document.

Fair use

Don't use Easy Way PDF for anything illegal, to harm others, to get around the free limits, or to resell or copy the service. We may suspend or close an account that does, without a refund.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

No guarantee

Easy Way PDF is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, WAY LABS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for a change that matters to paying customers, tell you by email before it applies.
