Questions

Can I rewrite whole paragraphs?

Edit is made for small fixes: a word, a line, a number. Long text does not flow onto the next line the way it does in a word processor, so for a big rewrite, change the original document and make a new PDF.

Can I edit a scanned PDF?

A scan is a picture of a page, so there are no words to click. You can still type new words on top of it with Add text.

Are my files safe?

Files travel encrypted. With the free tools, each file is deleted from our server when you close it. With a plan you choose: delete each file when you close it, or keep your files for 30 days so Open Recent works, and delete everything at any time. The desktop app keeps your files on your own computer.
