Questions

Will every table come out right?

Tables with clear rows and columns convert best. Merged cells, or a table that runs across several pages, may need tidying in Excel afterwards.

Can it read a scanned statement?

Not straight away, because a scan has no real text. Use Make a scan searchable first, then convert to Excel, and check the numbers: reading a scan is never perfect.

Are my files safe?

Files travel encrypted. With the free tools, each file is deleted from our server when you close it. With a plan you choose: delete each file when you close it, or keep your files for 30 days so Open Recent works, and delete everything at any time. The desktop app keeps your files on your own computer.
